Your WordPress website installed free!
Your business needs a sexy website. Maybe you have no idea where to start or maybe you’d just rather have me take care of it for you. The not-really-fine print is that you must host your site with my hosting partner, iPage. (Trust me, they rock.) You get this service for free, and they pay me for the referred business. That’s what make this a win-win.
What you’ll get:
- Your domain name of choice hosted through my hosting partner, iPage.
- A shiny new install of WordPress.
- Your new site prettified with the theme of your choice (I’ll show you where to find the best ones).
- A handful of must-have plug-ins that will make your new site findable, trackable, sociable and damn near impenetrable by spammers.
- A step by step tour of your new site’s admin area, so you’ll know how to be the (wo)man behind the curtain.
- Links to amazing WordPress tutorials that will make you feel like a design genius.
How to get it:
You know you want this, so here’s what you need to do:
- Complete the simple Order Now form below.
- I’ll send you an email with a super simple step-by-step guide for creating your hosting account and your domain name. (Your iPage account will cost around $4 – $10 a month depending on current specials & available coupon codes)
- You’ll also be able to select add-ons from that email (like a shopping cart system or the ability to run a membership site).
- Next, the fun part: you get to choose a theme for your site. The theme is like getting your site dressed up. It’ll give your site style. There are free themes and premium themes. If you choose a premium theme, you’ll need to pay for that. Don’t worry, I’ll show you where to find themes and how to choose one in the step-by-step guide.
- Now, you’ll send me email with all of the important details. Again, I’ll tell you what I need in the step-by-step guide.
- Within a few days, I’ll get your blog setup, add your theme, the plug-ins and any of the add-ons you selected.
- Then I’ll send you an email explaining how to access your new site and how to get “behind the curtain” where you can make changes, add posts, add pages, etc. I’ll also send you some links and advice that will answer most of your initial questions.
- Finally, I’d recommend changing your administrative password to something I don’t know, just to make the site all yours. I’ll tell you how to do that too.
